Pickhurst Academy is part of the Chancery Education Trust.

The Board of Directors set the strategic direction of the Academy and oversees the Finance and Premises Committee, who are responsible for the finance and resources of the Academy.  The Learning & Standards Committee monitor the progress and attainment of all pupils.

The CEO is responsible for the internal organisation, management and control of the school and the implementation of the strategic framework established by the Trust Board and the Local Governing Board.
