Our first newsletter of 2018 … welcome back and a very Happy New Year to you all; I hope you all had an enjoyable Christmas break!
We were delighted to receive the message below from the organisers of the Christmas Tree Festival. Thank you to our wonderful choir, staff and to everybody who supported this event.
“Dear Tree Sponsors,
Thank you for your help in making this year’s festival a success. As some of you have already heard, the final total raised for Bromley Y was £3,600 – both we and the charity are delighted with this result. Your combined decorations made the church look really festive and I am sure they contributed to this excellent result, as I know they were very much enjoyed by the people who came to view them.
With best wishes for 2018, and thanks again.”
We are pleased to share with you the accomplishments of two of our talented pupils on Page 2 of this newsletter. Well done to Lillian and Jack!
Please remember to provide your child with appropriate warm, wet weather clothing during these chilly months (hats and gloves clearly labelled), a mid morning fruit snack and a bottle of water each day.
May we remind you that the entrance gates are not supervised until 8.30am and close promptly at 8.50am. Pupil lateness and the frequency and reasons for lateness are recorded and monitored.
