Dear Parents & Carers,

Thank you for your support this week in donating money towards ‘Jeans4Genes Day’. It is very much appreciated, and I know the charity will be very grateful for your generosity!

As you may have seen, the school are also fundraising for its own very exciting project – our allotment and farm. We are looking forward to starting with this, and I am so happy to have received emails and letters from parents and children to say how excited they are too, and how much they would like to help with this initiative.

Your support and feedback is always appreciated, and we cannot wait to update you on our first steps with this project. A reminder that Friday 27th September is a non-uniform day. The children can come to school in their own clothes, and we just ask for a £1 donation. This money will go towards our allotment & farm, and it will enable us to start purchasing the materials we need.

You are obviously more than welcome to give your child more than £1 if you wish to, or you can easily donate any amount via our JustGiving page:

Thank you so much for your support and enthusiasm for this project!

Myself and Mr Church have been busy planning key events and important dates for the academic year ahead, and we will be sharing this information with all parents as soon as possible. We understand that there are many things happening each week, so hopefully this will help everyone be able to plan ahead, especially for Christmas productions, themed days, sports days, parents’ evenings and end of year productions.

Thank you for your ongoing & continued support, and I hope you have a lovely weekend.
