Dear Parents/Carers

It was great to see so many of your at our Harvest assembly this morning.  Thank you for all your kind donations.

It is imperative that the collection details we hold for your child are accurate and that all those listed and authorised to collect your child are aware of the password.  Your child’s collection details should include the names of each parent authorised to collect, as well as other family members or friends.  If you believe you need to update the details we currently hold, please email with any updates and we will amend our records accordingly.

You will have received notification this week about our e-safety survey.  E-Safety is about the protection of children whilst they are using the internet and digital technologies. This includes risk-taking and inappropriate behaviour by children and young people, risks and inappropriate behaviour by others to children and young people, and illegal activity.

Whilst Pickhurst Academy strives to empower your children with the knowledge to stay safe, it is important that you have an awareness of the risks and dangers yourself.  There are 10 questions that should take you no longer than 5 minutes to complete.  The results of this survey will give us a better understanding of any risks or knowledge gaps so that we can help you.

You will find the survey at:

We thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this.

Yours sincerely

Mrs Marsh (Acting Principal)
