We hope you had an enjoyable half term break.
The summer term is a busy one with lots of fun events approaching. Please check the diary dates at the back of this newsletter, which are updated weekly.
Please note that the date for the class photographs has been changed and these will now take place on Thursday 14th June. A reminder that children should wear appropriate school uniform and refrain from wearing elaborate jewellery or headbands.
Friday 15th June is donations day when pupils may wear their own clothes to school in exchange for a donation towards our Pickfest event. Please see page 2 for further details.
As we have instructed our pupils, we would ask that you please ensure that any younger children you bring on to the playground do not climb on the canopy poles, for safety reasons. A reminder also that cyclists and accompanying parents must please dismount from their bikes before entering the school site.
We are looking forward to welcoming back our Y6 children from the Wales trip tomorrow. We have heard they have had a wonderful time and we can’t wait to hear all their news. Those Y6 children who did not attend the trip have also had a great week, taking part in a first aid course, a cooking class and an arts and crafts project.
